  • Do I Need A Special License To Shop At Salty Farmers?

    Salty Farmers is a recreational cannabis dispensary open to the public and available to all patrons age 21+.

  • Is Cannabis Legal in Massachusetts?

    Yes! Massachusetts voters approved ballot question 4, which legalized recreational cannabis for individuals at least 21 years old in November of 2016.

  • How Much Cannabis Can I Purchase?

    In the commonwealth of Massachusetts, customers can purchase up to one ounce of cannabis, of which no more than five (5) grams can be concentrated, per visit.

    Please be aware that Salty Farmers does implement additional purchase limits from time to time based on product supply.

  • What Do I Need to Purchase Cannabis?

    Customers will need a valid, state or government ID showing their age as 21+.

  • Where is Salty Farmers Dispensary Located?

    We are located in Cape Cod in the town of Eastham, Massachusetts at 182 Brackett Road.

  • When is Salty Farmers Open?

    Salty Farmers dispensary is open Monday through Sunday from 10 a.m to 6 p.m.

  • Is There Wheelchair Access at Salty Farmers?

    Yes, Salty Farmers dispensary is fully ADA accessible.

  • How Can I Pay for my Marijuana?

    Salty Farmers accepts credit, debit and cash transactions.

  • Does Salty Farmers Offer a Delivery Service?

    At the moment, we do not offer a delivery service, but we are planning for this option to be available soon!

  • Where is Your Marijuana Grown?

    Salty Farmers is home to one of the only cannabis growhouses on Cape Cod. Our flower is grown in Eastham, Massachusetts. We also partner with other local Massachusetts dispensaries to bring in new strain varieties.

  • Am I Able to Sell Cannabis?

    The short answer is no. Only a licensed dispensary may sell cannabis in Massachusetts. Consumers that sell to an individual can be subjected to up to 2 years in prison and a $5,000 fine for a first-time offense. If an individual faces additional offense it can result in a $10,000 fine or a 2.5-year prison sentence.

  • What are the Travel Restrictions With Cannabis?

    Travelling with cannabis within the state of Massachusetts is permitted. It is illegal for the transportation of cannabis across state lines or federal land or waters.

  • How Do I Transport Cannabis?

    It is illegal to have an open container of adult-use cannabis or cannabis products in the passenger area of your automobile while driving or in a public place, much like alcohol. When a seal is broken or a package from which the contents have been partially removed it is determined as an “open container.” The “passenger area” does not include the automobile’s trunk or a locked glove compartment is not included in the “passenger area” of a car. Prohibited by M.G.L. c. 90, s. 24, automobiles and other machinery should not be operated when driving under the influence of cannabis.

  • Is it Legal to Use Cannabis in Public?

    The use of cannabis in a public place is illegal. The civil penalty can reach up to a $100 fine depending on the city’s and town's by-laws and ordinances authorizing exceptions in certain areas for social consumption.

  • What Steps are Necessary When Storing My Cannabis?

    At all times, cannabis should be kept away from children. If you are storing more than one ounce, it must be secured by a lock.

  • Is the Consumption of Cannabis Safe?

    The FDA has not analyzed cannabis. It is important to be aware that there is limited information in regard to the health risks and side effects associated with cannabis and cannabis products.

  • Is Salty Farmers’ Cannabis Tested?

    Absolutely! All cannabis that Salty Farmers sells is put through a rigorous testing program to screen for any contaminants that includes; heavy metals, microbiology, and pesticides. Additionally, all cannabis products are tested for potency.

  • Can I Purchase Cannabis at Salty Farmers if I am Not From Massachusetts?

    Sure! You are welcome to shop at Salty Farmers as long as you are at least 21 years of age and have a valid ID. It is, however, illegal to bring cannabis across state borders.
